BDM Series Heavy-Duty High-Speed Stubble Disc Harrow

BDM Series Heavy-Duty High-Speed Stubble Disc Harrow is the heavy-duty high-power version of high-speed stubble cleaning equipment, compatible with 60-100HP tractors. It delivers working depth up to 140-180mm, equipped with 560mm large-diameter heavy-duty notched discs, with 0-45° wide adjustable angle. It can achieve powerful deep stubble cleaning on high stubble plots even under heavy load conditions, serving as the core equipment for medium-scale farms to efficiently complete large-area straw crushing and returning operations.

BDM Series Heavy-Duty High-Speed Stubble Disc Harrow

BDM Series Heavy-Duty High-Speed Stubble Disc Harrow – Full Product Description

The BDM Series Heavy-Duty High-Speed Stubble Disc Harrow is the high-power heavy-duty upgraded version of BDL series, it provides wide working width options from 1.8m to 3.0m, perfectly compatible with medium and large horsepower tractors in 60-100HP power range. It is purpose-built for high-intensity stubble cleaning scenarios with large amount of straw and heavy clay soil, completely solves the pain points of light-duty stubble harrows such as insufficient penetration depth and insufficient disc rigidity under heavy load conditions, and is a highly reliable sharp tool for large-scale farms to seize farming time and complete large-area stubble crushing and returning.

  1. Large-Diameter Heavy-Duty Discs Deliver Superb Penetration & Stubble Cleaning Capacity
Equipped with standard 560mm large-diameter thickened notched special stubble-cleaning discs, its soil penetration and cutting rigidity is far higher than ordinary 460mm light-duty discs. The maximum working depth can reach 180mm, even on heavy clay soil and high stubble corn plots, it can directly penetrate into the soil layer to completely cut and crush underground root stubble, there will be no problems such as disc bending or penetration slipping, its stubble cleaning depth and crushing thoroughness are far better than ordinary light-duty stubble harrows.
  2. 0-45° Wide Adjustable Angle for Full Scenario Adaptation
The working angle of the disc group supports stepless adjustment in a wide range from 0° to 45°. Small angle mode can achieve fine shallow soil crushing operation, while large angle mode can firmly grab and completely crush extra-long straw and high-hardness root stubble. Even under extreme working conditions where the whole plot is covered with whole straw, there will be no straw winding or machine clogging. One single machine can flexibly meet the stubble cleaning and tillage demands of different crops and different soil types.
  3. Reinforced Heavy-Duty Structure for High-Intensity Continuous Operation
The whole machine frame is fully welded with thickened heavy-duty square steel tubes, the gross weight increases gradually from 600kg to 960kg, all load-bearing connection points are reinforced. Even under long-term full-load high-speed operation on stony hard plots and heavy clay soil plots, there will be no frame deformation or component damage, which fully meets the high-intensity operation requirement of 24-hour non-stop farming in busy seasons.
  4. Wide Working Width & High Efficiency for Large-Scale Operation
The maximum working width of the full series can reach 3m, when matched with high-horsepower tractors, it can complete 20-30 mu of stubble cleaning per hour, the operation efficiency is far better than the performance of the same tractor matched with ordinary light-duty harrows. The standard Type II three-point hitch interface is compatible with the vast majority of mainstream 60-100HP tractors on the market, it can be directly mounted without extra modification, delivering excellent universal compatibility.

Typical Applications: Stubble cleaning and tillage on heavy clay soil plots, large-area straw crushing and returning in main corn producing areas, high-load continuous stubble cleaning operations for large-scale farms, thorough deep root stubble removal on hard plots, and high-efficiency pre-sowing tillage operations for medium-scale farms.
