The 1BZGMX Series Heavy-Duty Notched Disc Harrow is the flagship heavy-duty tillage equipment developed for large-scale farms. It provides ultra-wide working width options from 2m to 5.5m, compatible with high-horsepower tractors from 90HP to over 200HP. It is purpose-built for ultra-hard heavy clay soil, virgin wasteland and long-term uncultivated plots that ordinary light-duty harrows cannot operate on, and serves as the core heavy-duty farm machine to achieve deep powerful soil crushing and completely break compacted soil layer.

1. Extra-Large Diameter Thickened Discs Deliver Extreme Soil Penetration Capacity
   The full series is equipped with industry-rare extra-large 620mm or even 730mm thickened notched discs as standard, the disc thickness reaches 6mm, which maximizes the soil penetration and cutting rigidity. The maximum working depth can reach 200mm. Even on long-term compacted hard plots, grass-root covered virgin wasteland and heavy black clay, it can directly and powerfully penetrate into the soil layer to completely crush compacted soil clods, there will be no problems such as penetration slipping, disc deformation or breakage that often happen on ordinary light-duty harrows.
2. Full-Width Heavy-Duty Structure with Ultra-High Reliability
   The whole machine adopts full heavy-duty thickened main girder design, the maximum working width model has gross weight up to 2735kg. All disc holders and connecting arms are fully reinforced. Even under long-term full-load operation on stony hard wasteland, there will be no frame deformation or component breakage, which fully meets the extreme requirement of long-term non-stop high-intensity operation in busy farming seasons.

   The rear of the machine is equipped with a 350mm diameter heavy-duty soil crumble roller as standard. After the discs finish deep soil crushing, the roller further crushes and compacts the large topsoil clods to level the field. It directly forms fine and flat qualified seedbed in one single field entry, no extra separate leveling operation is needed afterwards, which drastically reduces field entry times, saves fuel and operation time.

   The 5 models of the full series cover from 2m small units to 5.5m extra-wide units, which accurately matches high-horsepower tractors in different power segments from 90-120HP to over 200HP. Even for ten-thousand-mu level connected large farmland, when using the 5.5m working width model, the tillage efficiency can exceed 50 mu per hour, the daily operation volume can easily break through 400 mu, which maximizes the large-scale tillage efficiency.
