This Trailed Boom Sprayer is heavy-duty flagship trailed boom plant protection equipment developed for ultra-large contiguous field farms. It covers all extra-large tank capacity configurations from 3000L to 5000L, perfectly compatible with tractors in 70HP to 100HP power range for traction operation. Adopting the combination of high-flow diaphragm pump and ultra-wide hydraulic folding boom, it can operate continuously on dozens of acres of land after filling the tank once. Under 28m ultra-wide spray width, the hourly operation efficiency is several times higher than ordinary small-width mounted sprayers, serving as the top efficiency artifact for large-scale field farms to seize the plant protection window period and complete spraying operations on thousands of acres of contiguous plots in a short time.

1. 21-28m Ultra-Wide Hydraulic Boom Maximizes Operation Efficiency
   The boom adopts full hydraulic drive folding and lifting structure, the maximum spray width can reach 28m after fully unfolding. One single field pass can cover 28m width of field plot, the operation area per unit time is several times higher than ordinary 12m small-width sprayers. When carrying out spraying operations on thousand-acre level contiguous fields, it can easily complete hundreds of acres of spraying tasks in one single day, will never miss the best pest control window period.
2. High-Flow BP281 Diaphragm Pump Delivers Continuous and Stable Large Flow Output
   It is standard equipped with industry top BP281 high-flow diaphragm pump, the maximum flow rate can reach 248L/min. The liquid medicine output flow is far higher than ordinary small sprayers. Even when all nozzles on the full 28m boom are fully open for operation, the liquid pressure can remain stable without fluctuation the whole time, the atomization effect is even and consistent from start to finish, there will be no problem that the far end nozzles have insufficient pressure and poor atomization.
3. Boom with Self-Leveling and Locking Prevents Bump Scratching
   The boom integrates three major functions: self-leveling, locking and angle adjustment. When the tractor drives and bumps on undulating plots, the boom can automatically maintain a constant height from the ground, there will be no problem that the boom scratches the ground and breaks nozzles. It can also flexibly adjust the boom ground clearance according to different crop growth heights, adapting to both short seedling stage crops and tall mature stage crops, always maintaining the optimal spraying height.
4. Three-Way Rotating Nozzles Deliver Even Atomization Without Phytotoxicity
   All nozzles adopt three-way rotating anti-drip structure, they stop dripping liquid immediately after spraying is shut off. The mist droplet distribution during operation is extremely even, there will be no phytotoxicity problem that local pesticide concentration is too high and burns seedlings. The liquid medicine can evenly cover the whole crop plant, the weeding and insecticidal effect is stable and reliable.
5. Independent Traction Chassis with High Ground Clearance Delivers Excellent Trafficability
   The whole machine comes with independent heavy-duty traction chassis, the ground clearance can reach 50cm. Even in mid-to-late stage field plots with relatively high crop height, the whole machine can pass smoothly without scraping crops. The large-size off-road tires adapt to different soil type plots, even when operating on moderately wet clay plots after rain, there will be no vehicle stuck problem, the all-terrain trafficability is maximized.
6. Backwater Mixing Function Precipitation and Stratification Never Occur in Liquid Medicine
   The tank is built-in with backwater mixing system, the liquid medicine keeps circulating and mixing during spraying operation, the pesticide in the tank will never precipitate or stratify. From the start of spraying to the end of the whole tank, the liquid concentration is completely consistent the whole time, there will be no problem that the early spraying dosage is insufficient and the later spraying dosage is excessive, the plant protection effect of the whole field is even and uniform.
