The 3WFQ Series Trailed Large-Capacity Orchard Sprayer is flagship trailed air-assisted mist plant protection equipment developed for thousand-acre level contiguous large orchards. It covers all extra-large tank capacity configurations from 800L to 2000L, perfectly compatible with tractors above 50HP for traction operation. Adopting high-flow high-wind-pressure axial fan, the maximum air delivery distance can reach 22m. The high-flow diaphragm pump continuously and stably outputs large flow liquid medicine. After filling the tank once, it can operate continuously for several hours without returning to the filling station repeatedly, serving as the efficiency artifact for large-scale orchards to seize the pest control window period and complete the whole orchard plant protection operation in a short time.

The high-speed airflow output by the large-diameter high-flow axial fan can accurately blow mist droplets to a distance of 22m. Even in tall arbor orchards and contiguous cash forests with tree height over 10m, the mist droplets can completely penetrate the whole canopy of the big tree, all branches and leaves from tree top to trunk bottom can be evenly covered by liquid medicine, the pest and disease control effect of tall fruit trees is also maximized.

The maximum 2000L extra-large capacity tank can operate continuously on dozens of acres of land after filling liquid medicine once. Trailed Independent Chassis Does Not Occupy Tractor Rear Hitch
The whole machine comes with independent traction chassis and walking tires. The tractor only needs to drag the whole machine forward through the traction hitch point, it does not occupy the hydraulic lifting resources of the tractor rear hitch at all. The tractor rear hitch can also mount other matching implements for synchronous operation. The traction driving stability of the whole machine is extremely strong, even when driving on undulating mountain plots in orchards, there will be no bumping and rollover problems.
