3WFX/SX Series Orchard Sprayer – Full Product Description
The 3WFX/SX Series Orchard Sprayer is dedicated air-assisted mist plant protection equipment developed for small and medium orchards across the world. It covers all mainstream tank capacity from 300L to 500L, perfectly compatible with tractors in 32HP to 100HP power range. Adopting large-diameter axial fan to deliver high-speed airflow backwards, the fine atomized liquid droplets carried by high-speed airflow blow towards the fruit tree canopy. Even in orchards with extremely dense branches and leaves such as apple and citrus, the mist droplets can completely penetrate the canopy of the whole tree, the liquid medicine can evenly attach to both sides of leaves and gaps between branches, thoroughly solving the pain point that ordinary boom sprayers cannot penetrate fruit tree canopy and cannot control the pests and diseases inside the canopy.
- High Airflow Air-Assist Mist Delivers Excellent Penetration With No Canopy Dead Angle
The large-diameter axial fan outputs high-speed high-volume airflow, blowing the atomized fine droplets to a distance of more than ten meters. The mist droplets can drill into the inside of the canopy along the gaps between fruit tree leaves, the whole fruit tree from outer leaves to inner branches, both sides of leaves can be evenly covered by liquid medicine, there are absolutely no operation dead angles that ordinary sprayers cannot reach, the pest and disease control effect is drastically improved. - Dual Pump Configurations Adapt to Different Operation Demands
The full series supports two optional pump types: plunger pump and diaphragm pump. The plunger pump delivers high pressure and large flow, suitable for long-time heavy load operation on old orchards with large canopy, with extremely high durability. The diaphragm pump runs stably with small pressure fluctuation, featuring simple daily maintenance and low failure rate, suitable for daily high-frequency spraying operations on conventional small and medium orchards. Users can freely select according to their own orchard working conditions. - 0.4-0.8mpa Stable Working Pressure Delivers Even Fine Atomization
The working pressure of the full series is stably controlled in 0.4-0.8mpa range. After the liquid medicine is sprayed out through nozzles, it forms extremely uniform fine mist droplets, there will be no problem that large droplets directly drip to the ground and waste pesticide. The pesticide utilization rate is more than 3 times higher than traditional manual spray buckets, the pesticide consumption of the same area orchard is drastically reduced, the pesticide cost is significantly lowered. - Full Anti-Corrosion Acid and Alkali Resistant Pipelines Adapt to All Kinds of Orchard Pesticides
All wetted parts including pipelines, tank and pump flow components are treated with acid and alkali anti-corrosion. Even if highly corrosive agents such as various strong acid and strong alkaline insecticides, fungicides and lime sulfur mixture commonly used in orchards circulate for a long time, there will be no problems such as pipeline corrosion or tank aging and leakage, the overall machine reliability under years of operation is maximized. - Compact Body Delivers Excellent Trafficability Between Orchard Rows
The machine body is designed to be compact and small, it does not take up too much space on the tractor rear hitch. Narrow operation passages between orchard rows can be easily passed through, it will never scrape fruit tree branches. It can also move flexibly when operating in high-density planting orchards, perfectly adapting to the operation scenarios of small and medium orchards with different planting densities.
Typical Applications: Pest and disease spraying operations for deciduous fruit tree orchards such as apple, citrus and pear, plant protection spraying operations for berry orchards, insect control spraying operations for cash forest trees, daily high-frequency plant protection operations for small and medium orchards, and tractor-matched spraying operations in hilly and mountainous orchards.
