The 1BQDX Series Opposed Light-Duty Disc Harrow is a featured light tillage equipment with symmetrically opposed disc group layout. It provides full working width options from 1.3m to 3.0m, with optimized DHS and DHM derivative models, perfectly compatible with mainstream tractors in 30-100HP power range. It completely solves the industry pain point that ordinary single-side layout disc harrows generate large side thrust and drift easily, its operation straightness and stability are far better than ordinary light disc harrows of the same specification.

  1. Zero Drifting Operation with Opposed Layout
    The front and rear disc groups are symmetrically arranged in opposite directions on both sides. The side soil cutting thrust generated by discs on both sides fully counteracts each other during operation, the whole machine will not shift to one side. Even novice operators can drive a straight operation path without constant manual correction, which drastically reduces operation fatigue, delivers 100% working width utilization and no missed tillage.

    Besides the basic 1BQDX full series, it is also equipped with DHS and DHM derivative models with adjustable working angle from 11° to 20°. Small angle mode focuses on fine soil crushing, while large angle mode delivers deep penetration.
