The 1BJXS Series New Type Mounted Medium-Duty Disc Harrow is a new generation upgraded medium tillage equipment optimized based on classic 1BJX medium harrows. It offers 7 standard working width options from 1.3m to 2.5m, perfectly compatible with mainstream tractors in 25-80HP power range. While retaining the maneuverability advantages of mounted harrows, it drastically improves soil penetration strength, serving as the upgraded core tillage equipment for medium horsepower tractors.

1. Upgraded Soil Penetration Performance
   Equipped with optional 560mm/610mm large diameter high wear-resistant discs, the maximum working depth is upgraded from 140mm of traditional medium harrows to 200mm. It easily cuts through lightly compacted fields and high stubble plots that ordinary medium harrows cannot handle, delivers more thorough soil crushing and drastically improves tillage quality after operation.
2. New Reinforced Durable Structure
   The frame is integrally welded with thickened perforated square steel tubes, all load-bearing connection points are reinforced. The overall structural rigidity is over 30% higher than traditional medium harrows of the same specification, which will not cause frame deformation or weld crack even under full-load deep tillage, and the long-term reliability is greatly improved.

   7 models of the full series accurately correspond to every power segment in 25-80HP range. It will not waste fuel when small harrow is driven by over-powered tractor, and also avoids the situation that large harrow cannot be pulled by under-powered tractor. The 3-point hitch lifting responds fast, with excellent steering flexibility, it performs very well both on connected large farmland and when transferring between small plots.
