1BZD Series Opposed Heavy-Duty Disc Harrow is a trailed heavy tillage equipment purpose-built for large-scale farms. It provides 3 standard working width options: 2.5m, 2.8m and 3.1m, perfectly matching tractors in 100-120HP power range, and solves the common pain point of uneven surface stress and side drift after operation on ordinary offset disc harrows.

  1. Core Symmetric Opposed Structure
    The front and rear rows of discs are arranged symmetrically in opposite directions. The lateral forces on both sides cancel each other out during operation, the whole machine will not swing or drift. It delivers perfectly leveled seedbed without uneven height on two sides, and meets sowing flatness requirements in one pass, no secondary finishing needed.

    Equipped with 660mm extra-diameter high wear-resistant discs, it maintains a stable working depth of 180-220mm. It easily cuts through compacted black soil, virgin wasteland and high stubble fields, with even soil crushing, and its working efficiency is far higher than ordinary light-duty disc harrows.
