The BL Series Heavy-Duty Disc Harrow is a high-precision tillage equipment optimized and upgraded based on classic trailed heavy disc harrows. It offers 4 standard working width options from 2.2m to 3.4m, perfectly compatible with mainstream tractors in 80-150HP power range. It is purpose-built for large-scale farmland scenarios that demand high soil crushing precision, balancing both working efficiency and tillage quality.
- High-Density Disc Layout for Ultra-Fine Soil Crushing
It adopts ultra-narrow 230mm disc spacing paired with 660mm high wear-resistant discs. Soil clods are continuously cut multiple times during operation, and the soil fineness is far better than ordinary heavy harrows of the same specification. It stably delivers 180-230mm working depth, even on heavy clay and high straw residue fields, no large clods will remain after operation, and it directly meets the sowing requirements of precision seeding crops without secondary finishing. - Reinforced Heavy-Duty Durable Structure
The whole frame is made of thickened high-strength square steel tubes, the 38mm/42mm thickened disc axle provides maximum rigidity, which will not cause axle deformation or frame shaking even under full load operation. The gross weight is controlled between 1700kg and 2350kg, which avoids extra traction burden on tractors while retaining full structural strength, delivering extremely low failure rate for long-time continuous operation. - Adjustable Angle Adapts to Multiple Working Conditions
