The 1BZ(A) Series Heavy Reclamation Disc Harrow is an ultra-heavy duty tillage equipment specially developed for extreme operation scenarios such as virgin land reclamation, grassland renewal and hardpan breaking. It offers 7 working width options from 2.8m to 6.0m, perfectly compatible with high-horsepower tractors in 140-260HP range, and is the benchmark disc harrow with the strongest reclamation capacity in the current domestic market.

Overwhelming Wasteland Breaking Performance
Equipped with 910mm extra-large thickened wear-resistant discs and 65mm diameter super heavy-duty disc axle, the working angle can be flexibly adjusted between 17° and 23°, which stably delivers an extreme working depth of 200-350mm. Even years of uncultivated virgin land, compacted chernozem and wasteland tangled with shrub roots can be directly cut through in one pass without pre-treatment, its operation efficiency is far higher than ordinary heavy-duty disc harrows.
Full Heavy-Duty Reinforced Structure
The whole machine adopts extra-thick high-strength engineering frame, all load-bearing components have passed flaw detection and reinforcement treatment.
