3ZS Series Tine Cultivator – Full Product Description

The 3ZS Series Tine Cultivator is lightweight multi-purpose compound tillage equipment developed for field planting scenarios. It covers all mainstream working width options from 1.5m to 4.0m, perfectly compatible with tractors in 20HP to 120HP power range. Adopting high-strength manganese steel spring tine structure, the whole machine is extremely light with very low operation resistance. One single machine can replace multiple single-function soil preparation implements, complete multiple soil preparation processes in one single pass, serving as the ideal choice for small and medium farms to improve soil preparation operation efficiency at low cost.

1. High-Strength Spring Tine Delivers Extremely Low Operation Resistance
   All tines are integrally formed with high-elasticity manganese steel. During operation, the tines swing adaptively following ground undulations, the soil penetration resistance is more than 30% lower than traditional rigid cultivation tines. Tractors with the same horsepower can drive models with larger working width, the fuel consumption during operation is drastically reduced, which can save a lot of fuel cost under long-term usage.
2. Complete 4 Processes In One Pass, Operation Efficiency Doubles
   There is no need to change implements multiple times and enter the field repeatedly. One single machine can synchronously complete 4 processes including surface soil breaking, shallow subsoiling, inter-row ditching and auxiliary ridging in one single field pass. The soil preparation work that originally required multiple machines to run several times can now be fully completed by one single machine in one pass, the soil preparation operation efficiency is directly doubled, and it also avoids soil compaction caused by multiple field entries and rolling.
