3ZT Series Spring Cultivator – Full Product Description

The 3ZT Series Spring Cultivator is universal spring cultivation equipment developed for field management scenarios of tall-stem field crops during their growing period. It covers all mainstream working width options from 1.2m to 3.0m, perfectly compatible with tractors in 20HP to 100HP power range. Adopting independent spring buffered tine structure, the tines will automatically avoid obstacles when hitting stones during operation without breaking. The modular frame supports fast row spacing adjustment, one single machine can cover multiple operations including inter-row soil loosening, weeding and topdressing for different row spacing crops, serving as the core supporting implement for large-scale field farm field management.

1. Independent Spring Buffer Prevents Tine Breakage and Will Not Damage Crops
   Each cultivation tine is equipped with an independent high-strength spring buffer structure. When hitting underground stones or hard objects during operation, the tine will automatically lift up to avoid obstacles, there will be no hard breaking problem. It will not shake and damage crop roots due to rigid impact, which maximizes operation reliability on stony plots.
2. Modular Frame Supports Free Row Spacing Adjustment to Adapt to Multiple Crops
   The whole machine adopts modular spliced frame design, the installation position of cultivation tines can be quickly disassembled and moved, the row spacing can be freely adjusted within the range of conventional planting row spacing. One single machine can adapt to cultivation operations for crops with different row spacing such as corn, cotton, soybeans and vegetables, no need to purchase multiple special cultivators, which drastically reduces equipment investment cost.
3. 100-200mm Precise Controllable Tillage Depth Will Not Destroy The Plow Pan
   The tillage depth can be precisely and steplessly adjusted between 100mm and 200mm. It only loosens the surface compacted soil near crop roots, will not over-till and break the underlying plow pan. It can not only break soil compaction and increase air permeability, but also avoid turning deep raw soil to the surface that affects crop growth, the soil moisture retention performance after cultivation is excellent.
4. Multi-Function One Machine Covers Multiple Types of Field Management Operations
   With simple accessory replacement, it can complete three core field management operations: inter-row soil loosening, weed control and side deep fertilization. During the middle stage of crop growth, there is no need for multiple machines to enter the field multiple times, one single pass can complete multiple operations synchronously, which drastically reduces the number of agricultural machinery field entries, and avoids repeated machine rolling that causes soil compaction.
