1LYF Series Hydraulic Reversible Plough – Full Product Description

The 1LYF Series Hydraulic Reversible Plough is premium heavy-duty reversible plough equipment developed for large-scale big farms. It covers all mainstream configurations from 2 bottoms to 7 bottoms, perfectly compatible with tractors in 40HP to 260HP power range. Adopting well-proven hydraulic automatic flip structure, after finishing one pass and lifting the plough at the headland, the plough body automatically flips 180 degrees quickly. During return pass, the plough body turns soil in the opposite direction, operating neatly along the field edge the whole time. It completely eliminates the middle open and close furrows that are inevitable on ordinary fixed moldboard ploughs. After tilling the whole plot, the surface is completely flat without any raised ridges or sunken furrows, serving as the preferred deep tillage equipment for overseas big farms pursuing ultimate soil preparation effect.

1. Hydraulic 180° Automatic Flip Delivers No Open/Close Furrow During Round-Trip Tillage
   After finishing one pass and lifting the plough slightly at the headland, the hydraulic system automatically drives the whole plough body to flip 180 degrees quickly. During return pass, the soil turning direction of all plough bodies is completely opposite to the outward pass, all soil clods are uniformly turned towards the outer side of the plot, operating neatly along the field edge the whole time. After tilling the whole plot, there are absolutely no raised ridges and sunken furrows inevitably left in the middle by ordinary fixed ploughs, the surface flatness is maximized, subsequent seeder operation will never have uneven sowing depth problems.
2. Optional Stubble/Full Mirror Plough Bodies Adapt to Different Soil Types
   The full series supports two optional plough body structures: the stubble plough body will not stick mud or tangle soil when operating on heavy clay soil, delivering smoother soil turning and lower resistance. The full mirror steel plough body has higher wear resistance when operating on sandy loam and partial sandy soil, the turned soil clods deliver better natural breaking effect. Users can freely select according to the local plot soil type, they can get optimal operation effect under different working conditions.
3. Automatic Overload Protection Eliminates Plough Body Breakage Risk
   All high-horsepower heavy-load models are equipped with shear bolt overload protection structure. When the plough body accidentally hits a large underground stone during operation, the shear bolt will be instantly cut off to protect the whole machine frame and plough body, there will be no serious failure such as hard breaking of plough post or frame tearing, the overall reliability under extreme working conditions is drastically improved, the probability of sudden failure during field operation is extremely low.

   After flipping, the front and rear counterweights of the whole machine are completely symmetrical. When the tractor pulls it for operation, the whole machine always moves forward stably along a straight line, it will not keep deviating to the soil turning side like ordinary fixed ploughs, the driver does not need to correct the direction repeatedly, the driver fatigue degree is drastically reduced under long-time operation. The operation straightness is so high that it can seamlessly connect along the previous pass furrow directly, there is absolutely no missed tillage or overlapping tillage.
