3S Series Deep Cultivator – Full Product Description

The 3S Series Deep Cultivator is lightweight compound subsoiling and soil preparation equipment developed for large-scale overseas agriculture. It covers all mainstream working width options from 1m to 2.6m, perfectly compatible with tractors in 25HP to 100HP power range. Adopting dense multi-tine arrangement structure, it can synchronously complete two processes of surface soil breaking and shallow subsoiling in one single field pass, no need to finish rotary tillage and subsoiling separately, which drastically reduces soil preparation procedures, serving as the ideal choice for overseas farms pursuing low-cost and high-efficiency soil preparation.

1. 100-240mm Moderate Tillage Depth Adapts to Agronomy of Most Field Crops
   The working depth is controlled between 100mm and 240mm, which can not only completely break the shallow hard plow pan formed by years of rotary tillage, but also will not over-subsoiling and turn deep raw soil to the surface. It perfectly meets the pre-planting soil preparation agronomy requirements of most field cash crops such as potatoes, soybeans, corn and vegetables, the applicable scenarios are extremely wide.
2. Dense Multi-Tine Arrangement Completes Soil Breaking and Subsoiling In One Pass
   The whole machine is equipped with 5 to 13 densely arranged subsoiling tines. During operation, the front subsoiling tines first stretch and loosen the deep soil, and the subsequent tines immediately break the surface compacted soil blocks. One single field pass can complete both shallow subsoiling and surface soil breaking operations at the same time, no need for a rotary tiller to run in advance, the soil preparation procedures are directly halved.
3. Wide Horsepower Adaptation Range, Medium and Small Tractors Can Drive It Easily
   The full series is compatible with mainstream tractors from 25HP to 100HP, the minimum 1m model can be easily driven by only a 25HP small tractor. Even the old existing tractors in small and medium overseas farms can be directly hitched for operation without power upgrade, users can complete high-standard subsoiling soil preparation with extremely low threshold.
4. Wear-Resistant and Anti-Corrosion Technology Adapts to Diverse Complex Overseas Working Conditions
   All core friction components such as subsoiler shovel tips and cutting edges are quenched for wear resistance, the surface of the whole machine frame is coated with thickened anti-corrosion plastic spray. Even under years of operation in tropical rainy and high humidity areas, saline-alkali plots and gravel plots, the component corrosion and wear rate is extremely low, which maximizes long-term operation reliability.
