The 1S Series Multi-Spec Heavy-Duty Subsoiler is flagship heavy-load subsoiling equipment developed for ultra-large-scale contiguous farms. It covers all mainstream configurations from 2 rows to 8 rows, perfectly compatible with high-horsepower tractors in 50kw to 260kw power range. Adopting industry-leading offset-column curved surface subsoiling shovel structure, the operation resistance is more than 20% lower than traditional straight-column subsoiling shovels. Matched with the integrated rear soil breaking and press roller, it directly breaks and levels the raised soil blocks after subsoiling, no extra subsequent soil preparation operations are needed. The subsoiling shovel adopts unique offset-column curved streamline design. During operation, the shovel column completely slides past the side of crop stubble, will not tangle long straw and weeds. The curved shovel surface cuts into the soil along soil gaps, the soil penetration resistance is more than 20% lower than traditional straight-column subsoiling shovels. Tractors with the same power can drive models with larger working width, the operation fuel consumption is drastically reduced. - Three-Level Depth Configuration Adapts to Different Soil Preparation Demands
The full series supports three-level depth configurations: small shovel 25-35cm, medium shovel 25-45cm, large shovel 25-50cm.
