1S Series Subsoiler – Full Product Description

The 1S Series Subsoiler is heavy-duty subsoiling equipment developed for large-scale overseas big farms. It covers all mainstream specifications from 2 tines to 5 tines, perfectly compatible with high-horsepower tractors in corresponding power range. Adopting non-vibration rigid subsoiling tine structure, it can directly penetrate 550mm deep underground during operation, completely break the hard plow pan formed by years of tillage, without disturbing the upper and lower layered structure of the plow layer soil, serving as the core soil preparation implement to realize conservation tillage and improve farmland fertility.

  1. 550mm Maximum Subsoiling Depth Completely Breaks The Plow Pan
    The maximum working depth can reach 550mm, far exceeding the working depth of ordinary soil preparation implements. It can directly break the hard plow pan formed by years of plowing, restore the deep soil to loose state, the soil air permeability and water permeability are directly improved several times. After rainfall, rainwater can quickly penetrate into deep soil, which drastically improves the drought resistance and waterlogging prevention capacity of farmland.

    During the subsoiling operation, it only longitudinally stretches and loosens the deep soil, will not turn deep raw soil to the surface, and will not disturb the layered structure of topsoil.
