The 9GX/9GXZ Series Multi-Disc Mower is the professional disc mowing equipment developed for large-scale commercial high-quality forage harvesting scenarios. It covers all mainstream cutting width options from 1.7m to 4.5m, perfectly compatible with tractors in 40HP to 160HP power range. Adopting high-speed independent disc cutting structure, it is fully differentiated from previous flail mowers and rotary deck mowers, focusing on non-damaging high-quality forage harvesting. The harvested grass stems remain complete without being shredded, which drastically improves the commercial value of forage, serving as the core harvesting sharp tool for commercial forage planting farms.

1. 2900rpm High-Speed Disc Cutting Delivers Smooth & Undamaged Forage Cut
   Each independent disc is equipped with special alloy blades, running at ultra-high speed of 2900rpm for cutting. The forage cut is smooth and neat, there will be no grass stem pulling and tearing problems that often happen on ordinary mowers. The harvested forage maintains complete long-length form without being shredded, which drastically improves the silage and hay making quality, the commercial value is far higher than the shredded grass harvested by ordinary mowers.
2. Spring Floating Suspension Cuts Close to Ground Without Damaging Grass Roots
   The whole machine adopts spring self-adaptive floating suspension structure. During operation, the cutting bed can automatically adjust the height following tiny ground undulations. Even on natural pastures with slight bumps, it can maintain stable stubble height all the time, the blades will not cut too deep into the ground to damage the forage roots. The pasture grass can quickly regreen and sprout after harvesting, the annual harvest frequency will not be affected by damage, which drastically increases the total annual forage yield of the pasture.

   The 1.7m to 3.1m mounted models are compatible with 40-100HP tractors, with high flexibility to operate flexibly on small and medium plots, the working speed is stably maintained at 5-7km/h. The maximum 4.5m trailed model is compatible with 120-160HP high-horsepower tractors, its hourly operation efficiency can reach up to over 40 mu, which fully meets the large-area high-efficiency harvesting demand of 10,000-mu level forage planting bases, and completes all operations within the best forage harvesting window period.
