The AGL Series Floating Flail Mower is multi-functional heavy-duty shredding mowing equipment developed for complex uneven operation scenarios. It covers mainstream cutting width options from 1.15m to 1.75m, perfectly compatible with tractors in 35HP to 90HP power range. It is fully differentiated from previous rotary disc mowers, adopting flail knife shredding structure, which can not only mow grass but also directly crush and decompose straw and branches for returning to field, serving as the exclusive high-efficiency obstacle-clearing sharp tool for orchards, sloping land and tall crop stubble fields.

1. 90° Hydraulic Lifting Maximizes Slope Operation Capability
   The whole machine supports 90° vertical hydraulic lifting, the working head can stand completely upright to operate along the vertical slope surface. Even the weeds on steep roadside slopes and terraced dam slopes, the dead zones that ordinary mowers cannot reach at all, can be easily cleaned up, its adaptability on complex terrain is far better than ordinary rear-mounted mowers.
2. Floating Close-To-Ground Cutting Delivers Zero Residue Result
   The whole machine adopts floating chassis design. During operation, the flail knives can automatically follow the ground undulation and cut close to the surface, the minimum stubble height is only 25mm. Even on plots with slight ground undulations, there will be no missed cutting or high stubble left, the surface weeds are cleaned almost with zero residue.
3. Flail Knife Shredding Structure Cuts Tall Crops Directly for Mulching
   Adopting high-speed rotation shredding structure with multiple groups of alloy flail knives, it can not only cut ordinary weeds, but also directly crush corn straw, cotton straw and pruned fruit tree branches into small pieces, spread them evenly on the ground for natural decomposition and returning to field. No extra straw disposal work is needed afterwards, it completes both mowing and straw mulching in one single pass.
4. Full Heavy-Duty Structure Delivers Low Failure Rate & Long-Term Stable Operation
   All transmission components and flail knives of the whole machine are reinforced for heavy load. The operating working speed is stably maintained at 5-7km/h, the continuous operation failure rate is much lower than ordinary flail mowers. Even under long-term full-load operation every day, it can maintain stable working status with extremely low maintenance cost.
