The BZY Series Offset Heavy-Duty Disc Harrow is a newly upgraded high-performance multi-functional disc harrow, offering 11 working width options from 1.6m to 4.5m, perfectly compatible with all mainstream tractors from 60HP to 210HP. It meets different tillage demands of small family farms and thousand-acre large-scale agricultural bases, and serves as an all-round tillage equipment with exceptional universality.

1. Powerful Operation Performance for All Working Conditions
   Equipped with 610mm/660mm extra-diameter high wear-resistant discs, it maintains a stable working depth of 180-220mm. It can easily cut through compacted dry farmland, high stubble fields, heavy clay and virgin wasteland in one pass, with thorough and even soil crushing. The leveled seedbed after operation directly meets sowing requirements without secondary finishing.

   The full product line covers from 1.6m small working width to 4.5m extra-large working width. Small-width models are flexible for small orchard plots and scattered hilly fields, while large-width models support high-speed tillage on connected large farmland. One single machine can complete multiple processes including stubble breaking, soil crushing, straw-fertilizer mixing and wasteland reclamation, adapting to almost all dry farmland tillage scenarios.

   The whole frame is made of thickened reinforced square steel tubes, with 38mm/42mm diameter heavy-duty disc axle.
