This Subsoiling Combined Land Preparation Machine is a high-end compound tillage equipment purpose-built for breaking plow pan and deep soil improvement. It provides standard working width options from 2.5m to 3.45m, compatible with tractors above 120HP. - Front Subsoiler + Rear Harrow Design, Finish Subsoiling & Tillage in One Pass
The front part of the machine is equipped with high-strength subsoiler shanks, which can directly penetrate 350-450mm underground and completely break the hard plow pan formed by years of farming. The rear part is matched with 460mm high wear-resistant disc harrow group, which completes topsoil crushing and leveling simultaneously. It finishes both subsoiling and tillage in one field entry, eliminates the problem that extra large soil clods are left after subsoiling which requires secondary tillage, and drastically saves operation time and fuel cost. - Thickened Heavy-Duty Structure with Ultra-High Reliability
The main girder of the whole machine is integrally welded with 100mm100mm8mm thickened square steel tube. All connection points of subsoiler shanks and discs are reinforced for heavy load.
