1ZX Series Disc Ridger – Full Product Description

The 1ZX Series Disc Ridger is general-purpose disc ridging equipment developed for large-scale field cash crop planting scenarios. It covers all mainstream specifications of 2 rows and 3 rows, perfectly compatible with tractors in 35HP to 120HP power range. Adopting non-powered disc ridging structure, it can complete high-standard ridging operations without extra PTO output. The structure is extremely simple with almost zero failure rate, serving as the first-choice supporting implement for farmers to complete standardized ridging operations at low cost.

1. Large Ridging Height Fully Adapts to High-Ridge Planting Agronomy
   The maximum ridging height can reach 350mm, which fully meets the high-ridge planting agronomy requirements of root and tuber crops such as potatoes and sweet potatoes. The ridged body is full and compact with neat shape and no collapse, it can perfectly match subsequent sowing, mulching and harvesting operations, there will be no ridge collapse problem that affects follow-up operations.
2. Freely Adjustable Ridge Spacing Adapts to Different Crop Planting Demands
   The ridge spacing of the whole machine supports stepless free adjustment, users can easily adjust from conventional 400mm small ridge spacing to over 900mm large ridge spacing. One single machine can cover the ridging demands of different crops such as corn, potatoes and various leafy vegetables, no need to purchase multiple special ridgers with different ridge spacing, which drastically reduces equipment investment cost.
3. Strong Ground Profiling Capability Ensures Consistent Ridge Height All The Way
   The whole machine frame is matched with floating self-adaptive structure. During operation, it can automatically adjust the depth following ground undulations. Even on field plots with slight slopes and average ground flatness, it can maintain consistent ridging height all the time, there will be no problem of local ridge height being too high or too low, the ridge height across the whole plot is uniform and consistent.
4. No-Transmission Ultra-Simple Structure Delivers Almost Zero Maintenance
   The whole machine has no complex gear or chain transmission parts, it completes ridging operations completely by discs rolling along the ground.
